Laura works with individuals who may benefit from a sports massage due to daily stress or training commitments as well as sports clubs providing match, competition or training support. Current teams/individuals include England Womens RFU squad, Thames Rowing Club including a current GB rower, GB Junior Tennis players and Military personnel. She has also undertaken a season with London Scottish RFU 2014-2015 and provided Sports Massage at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Bimingham in 2018. Laura has supported Thames rowing club senior squad to 5 Henley Royal Regatta wins working regularly with the athletes on injury management, muscle maintenance, competition support, and recovery sessions.

Laura graduated in July 2012 from the University of Leeds with a BSc (hons) in Sport and Exercise Science (with Industrial placement), and shortly after undertook an advanced diploma in Sports Massage. After deciding there was more to learn she embarked on a BTEC level 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage with North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), graduating with distinction in 2016. Continuing with professional development Laura has undertaken further training in taping and strapping for current injury, injury prevention and recovery along with Strength and Conditioning to help provide exercise programmes, and Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation with Rock Blades.

Qualified as a Strength and Conditioning coach Laura also works with individuals and athletes to provide training programmes. The knowledge gained from undertaking strength and conitioning training is then incorporated into rehabilitation programmes and exercise regimes, as well as expressed through her massage work, to create a full package of care and treatment. Currently training with Thames rowing club 10+ times a week Laura is used to the demands of high intensity training and fitting it around a full time job.
